I'm Nasaiah. I study public relations and education at American University, and I write and design for students, families, and schools.
I study Public Relations and Strategic Communication at American University, with a minor in Education Studies. I founded EdCommons, an education platform I built from the ground up. As a Strategic Communications Fellow at the D.C. State Board of Education, I led the agency's rebrand and wrote its policy blog. I spent this past summer with Apple's Community Education Initiative, and I'm now a Student Insider with Adobe's Student Product Group while I finish my senior year.

My family comes from two islands, Puerto Rico and Cape Verde, on opposite sides of the Atlantic, and I grew up in the U.S. in between the two. I work the way I was raised: across languages, audiences, and worlds.
